In 1952, the Leach family began selling propane related equipment in Bettendorf, Iowa. Now, over fifty years later, under the ownership of the Gibson family of Pleasant Valley and Bettendorf, Adel Wholesalers is still at the same location.
Adel Wholesalers is the largest independent distributor of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning products in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. The strong support of our loyal customers has enabled Adel to not only survive, but thrive, over the last five decades.
Our Plumbing Department centers around a knowledgeable group of people. We pride ourselves on our ability to help you solve the problems of your customers, whether a service call to a residential customer or value engineering a large, complex commercial job. We have the qualified people, the inventory, and the equipment to assist you in doing the job efficiently and profitably. We operate two full service plumbing facilities: Adel, located in Bettendorf, Iowa, and Trachtenbargs in Moline, Illinois.
Adel’s remodeled showroom has a staff of three full time consultants eager to assist your client with their new construction or remodeling plans. Please use our show floor as a selling tool, for plan development, or to see current products. Stop in and visit one of our sales people during regular store hours.
